Q: Can I schedule a trial before the wedding?

You can, although it is first come-first serve. We don’t hold your wedding day unless a contract is signed and a retainer fee is submitted. (We allow Zelle, credit/debit card and Venmo for payments.

Q: Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, a 50% non -refundable or non-transferable retainer fee is required at the time of booking. This is to ensure your wedding day is set in stone. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

Q: How long does a trial last?

A trial lasts about 60-90 minutes per serivce. We want to ensure every little detail is perfected.

Q: How soon should I book my hair/makeup team?

I always suggest booking your artist/team as soon as possible. Especially if you love their work. Our bridal artists book out as far as 12-18+ months in advance.

Q: Are tips included?

Tips are not included in the price, although they are greatly appreciated and 100% up to the client’s discretion.

Q: Do you require minimums?

Yes, we do require a 6 service minimum (including the bride) for weekend weddings (Friday-Sunday). For weekday weddings, we require a 3 service minimum (including the bride).

Q: Can I do bridal/engagement pictures on the same day as my trial?

While we do allow you to schedule both services on the same day, we highly do not recommend doing your trial on the same day as an engagement or bridals photoshoot. Your trial is to perfect your look - you do not want to try out a new style for such important photos!

Q: Why should I book a trial?

I highly recommend booking a trial session. Booking a trial session before your wedding day ensures that your hair and makeup looks exactly how you envision, giving you peace of mind and allowing any adjustments to be made ahead of time for a flawless appearance on your big day!

Q: What is a timeline?

A timeline is a customized schedule for the day of! It allows an insight of how your wedding day should run for our hair and makeup services. It can be shared with bridesmaids, moms and planners!

Q: What are your office hours?

Monday: Out of Office

Tuesday-Thursday: 10am-4pm

Friday: 10-1pm (Summer/Winter Only)

Saturday-Sunday: Out of Office - On-Location giving our brides the love they deserve!

Q: When should I expect a response to my inquiry?

Please allow 24-72 hours (especially Friday-Sunday) to receive a response to your inquiry, We want to have our main focus on you when locking down your wedding day details.
